and frustration abounds in their former place,
when failure looms with doubts and fears
we must endeavor to persevere!”
Endeavor specialises in supporting businesses with developing its staff through Training, Consultancy and Coaching.
We understand the needs of a modern business to gain direct change and improvement from development this is why we offer a range of approaches via Training, Consultancy and Coaching.
What is the difference?
| Training |
Consultancy |
Coaching |
Training is the passing on of information and knowledge in order to increase the understanding of the receipient. |
Consultancy is primarily adviseing, you are asking for answers and solutions, a consultant will direct the solutions specific to your needs based on their knowledge and experience. |
Coaching is not about giveing advise, is is about supporting you to find the answers and solutions. In doing so you learn more along the way. |
Training and Consultancy in essence is about giveing advice and guidance whether it is via an off the shelf training course adjusted to your companies needs, a bespoke training or consultancy specific to your companies requirements.
Coaching is a form of Consultancy except coaching assissts you to solve problems and reach goals using questioning and disscussion techniques to unlock individuals thoughts and ideas helping them realise and fulfil thier true potential.
For further information on the different approach's please see our Coaching page, Training page and Consultancy page, or read more about our Four Step Approach:
Four Step Approach:

1. Analysis - quite often this is where you have identified a problem or need and carried out your own analysis of the situation and conclusion of your training, consultancy and coaching need.
Endeavor can support you with further analysis of the problem or change that is occurring within your business and plan a clear developmental strategy for you and your staff.
2. Training - once Endeavor has analysed your need we will design a bespoke program of training direct to the individual needs of your company and your staff, focusing on the current knowledge gap that may exist highlighting the need for training.
3. Consultancy - once the knowledge gap has been rectified the important aspect is to apply this to the specific need of your business, our approach is to take the Training and move that on to the next stage where we will assist you to apply this with advice and guidance to your company's needs.
4. Coaching - the final stage is to ensure that your staff are able to apply the new skills fully in the workplace, coaching is a method of enabling and empowering your staff to implement the new skills learnt with confidence, naturally applying them in their day to day work.
The advantage of this four stage approach is the ability to ensure implementation of strategies or skills within your organisation by focusing on the stages of skill development.
Moving new skills from the Cognitive stage (at Training) through the Associative stage (at Consultancy) and on to the Autonomous stage (via Coaching).
