Training is primarily about passing on information to a recipient, often based on a pre set syllabus.
We like to take a different approach to all our training programmes by firstly running all our programmes bespoke to the clients on the course so we can focus on what their needs are and cut out all the information that is not needed.
we also pride ourselves on our interactive approach to training, all our trainers are fully qualified in the practice as well as having years of experience in the training field, this ensures all our programmes are highly interactive and caters for a range of learning styles and approaches to ensure deep seated learning.

This three day course is designed to help you understand the role and responsibilities of a line manager and what she or he has to do in there day to day role. Focusing on aspects like, delegation, key management skills, motivating & supporting team members, giving and receiving feedback, appraisals, taking responsibility, becoming more decisive, managing conflict, coching and mentoring, establishing boundaries and setting team and individual goals.

The quality assurance systems course goes beyond quality measurement and looks into how a good quality system can be used to enhance a business from performance objectives, developmental and leading quality measurement into strategic change. We also cover how a manager can use these tools to identify key training issues especially around the complex requirements of an MOT station.
